VERONIQUE V. PERES | Vice President, Asset Management

Veronique Peres provides hands on asset management of HCP’s Investments.  Veronique directs leasing and property management on selected HCP properties and develops and executes strategic plans to add value at the property level.  Additionally, she manages HCP’s due diligence process on potential investments including coordinating both internal and external sources and managing all third-party consultants to insure full discovery prior to closing.  She has also worked on acquisition and disposition of retail properties throughout the country and has developed an extensive network of owners, brokers, and retailers that she can draw upon to execute.

Veronique joined THG in 1988, is a member of ICSC and also serves or has served as a member of the board of directors of several professional and community organizations.
