ERICA STELLA | Vice President, Asset Management

Erica Stella joined HCP in 1991 and focuses on developing and executing asset management strategies for properties managed by HCP and its affiliates.  She works directly and through joint venture partners on property management, leasing, accounting and redevelopment execution for retail properties.  Erica also serves as risk manager and in that capacity coordinates, places, and maintains the insurance coverage for the fund portfolios.

Erica holds a B.S. in Business Management from Post University (Waterbury, CT) and is a member of ICSC.  She earned the CCIM designation in 2013, is a board member and past president of the CT CCIM Chapter.
