BRAD MILLER | Vice President, Asset Management

Brad Miller provides asset management oversight for HCP’s investments.  In that capacity, he directs leasing, property management and general operations on HCP’s properties and develops, executes and monitors strategic plans to create value at the property level.

Brad joined HCP in 2017 and has more than 25 years of experience with retail real estate companies in a wide range of capacities.  He is a graduate of James Madison University.
