BRAD M. HUTENSKY | Founder and CEO

Brad Hutensky is the CEO of Hutensky Capital Partners, the President of The Hutensky Group and the manger/general partner of all owned properties and oversees all facets of the company’s investment and asset management activities.  Brad has extensive experience in the acquisition, management, leasing, redevelopment, financing, and disposition of shopping centers and has been involved in more than 100 shopping centers since joining The Hutensky Group in 1989.

Brad served as the 53rd Worldwide Chairman 2012-2013 of the International Council of Shopping Centers Board of Trustees and has served as chairman of the nominating and governance committee.  He has also served as a Governing Trustee of the Urban Land Institute.  He frequently speaks on retail real estate topics for ICSC, Urban Land Institute, and other organizations.  Prior to joining THG, Brad was employed by a number of national real estate development and finance organizations..

Brad holds an M.B.A. from Harvard University Graduate School of Business and an A.B. from Dartmouth College.
